Yachting Solutions launches 58ft fractional cruiser
US operator Yachting Solutions has launched a fractional ownership programme of Somerset, a 58 feet classic Trumpy cruiser which has been restored and modernised.
The fractional boat ownership programme is shared by a group of five individuals, on a first-come first-served reservation basis. Members have equity in the vessel and a guaranteed exit strategy - one member can exit annually with a guaranteed buyback programme, and Yachting Solutions looks after maintenance and crewing.
Members can enjoy vessel usage in three home ports of Mid Coast Maine, Jupiter Island, Florida and Nassau in the Bahamas. Somerset will have these home-base docks included in the annual membership assessment. Additionally, East Coast repositioning opportunities in destinations such as the Chesapeake, Charleston, Newport and many others are available.
The Somerset will be in based in Maine during the summer season, and Florida and the Bahamas in the winter months.
