Timbers Collection adds two US resorts
A pair of new resorts has been added to the Timbers Collection and is now available for trading through Timbers Reciprocity Program. They are The Villas at Rancho Valencia in Santa Fe, California, and One Steamboat Place in Colorado.
The Villas at Rancho Valencia is an enclave of 12 villas set in 40 landscaped acres, close to the coast. The villas each have three bedrooms with spacious living areas and garden terraces. Amenities and services include an award-winning spa, tennis courts and programmes, a fitness centre, a private clubhouse, pools, and dining.
One Steamboat Place is located next to the gondola at Steamboat, one of the premier US ski resorts. Its three- and four-bedroom residences are complemented by a signature spa, state-of-the art fitness centre, pools, spacious ski locker rooms, and gathering areas.
